Have my item(s) shipped?

You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your items have shipped. We try our best to ship within 24-48 hours of cleared payment!

How do I track my order?

A tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided when you placed your order. If you have further questions, email us at orders@shopbeyondrubies.com

An item is missing or damaged from my shipment?

When will my back order arrive?

I received the wrong product?

Domestic & International Shipping:

$5 shipping on all continental US orders. 
International shipping is a $15 flat rate.

In stock orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days via USPS First Class Mail. (typically arrives in 3-7 business days)


What orders qualify for $5 flat rate shipping?

We offer $5 shipping on all orders in the continental US. Orders to Canada are $15 flat rate.

*Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge.

Do you ship to my country?

We currently offer shipping to any US state and Canada. If you are located elsewhere, contact us at orders@shopbeyondrubies.com and we’d love to give you a quote on shipping!

What are my payment options?

We accept all major credit cards and Paypal.

When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?

We do our best to ship all orders within 24-48 hours and shipping is free to all customers in the continental US. We charge a $15 flat rate for any size order to Canada.

What is the return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, returns will be accepted within 7 days of receiving your item. All sale items and accessories are NOT eligible for returns.

You must report a missing items, problems or defects within 2 days of delivery.

How to return an item?

An envelope with a return form should have been inside your package - please just fill that out and mail it back with your item within 7 days of receiving your item! Be sure to include your name, email address, original order number and address with your return!
Return postage is your responsibility and we recommend insuring the product against damage or loss during transit. You are responsible for the item until it reaches us.

Refunds are processed within 2 business days after we receive your item(s) and will be credited back the same way payment was issued.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

All Michigan orders will be charged 6% sales tax.
